By purchasing the product or using the R Artspace website you agree to be bound by the terms without any other conditions or declarations. At any time where you do not agree with the terms then you need to leave this site or discontinue use of the products. R Artspace reserves the right to change terms at any time.

• Branding services to individuals who would like to purchase

Disclaimer Concerning Services

All rates and services are subject to change without notice.
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot in the client queue. The balance is due upon completion of client project. If interested in a payment plan, those requests are reviewed on an individual basis and can be discussed with me. Timely communication is required on the part of the client to ensure that the project runs smoothly and on schedule. Failure to do so will result in late fees. Cancellation can be done by either party with written notice. Website domain and hosting are the responsibility of the client. R Artspace retains the right to publish, market and promote any design or photography completed for the client. If a client has a project that is different from the services listed above, contact for a custom quote at hello@rartspace.com. The Design Partnership works on a month to month payment schedule that is subject to change at any time. Clients are taken on by a month-to-month basis and are not subject to pay in advance.

Privacy policy

Anyone who chooses to download an opt-in or submit their information for the R Artspace newsletter will be respected and their personal information not be sold or released to other parties. Information such as first and last name, email address, and preferences for content they would like to receive will be collected once someone opts-in and they will receive ongoing content after sign up. Those who wish to be removed can unsubscribe in the newsletter or they reach out to hello@rartspace.com to be removed. This privacy policy was updated May 2018 and is compliant with the GDPR regulations for all those from the EU.

Intellectual Property

All logo files, images, photography, client work, headers and blog content are property of R Artspace and are protected under the copyright law.

As long as the users agrees with the terms of use for R Artspace, they are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, copy and print the products.

Users are not granted permission to replicate, sell or distribute any creation from R Artspace, whether it be artwork or content.

Refund policy

All sales are final and non-returnable under any circumstances. RuthAnn and R Artspace still carve out the right to make any exceptions.
